肺炎Ⅰ号免疫及抗菌作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观寨肺炎Ⅰ号对机体免疫功能的影响以及抗菌作用。方法:采用碳粒廓清法、血清溶血素测定法、小鼠体内诱导法观察本品对机体特异性和非特异性免疫功能的作用;采用试管稀释法测定其对常见致病菌的最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:肺炎Ⅰ号能增强小鼠吞噬功能,升高免疫低下小鼠血清中半数溶血值(HC50)及白细胞总数(WBC),提高T-淋巴细胞转化率;对金黄色葡萄球菌等致病菌有抗菌作用。结论:肺炎Ⅰ号具有增强机体免疫功能以及抗菌作用。To observe the effect of Pneumonia I on immunological function of the normal animals or those that have immunological inadequacy as well as its antibiosis effect. Methods: The charcoal particles clearance test, serum determination and the revulsion in vivo of mice are used to observe the effect of this product on the organic specific & nonspecific immunologic function. The tube dilution method is used to test this product's MBC ( the minimum bactericidal concentration) to the common pathogen. Results; Pneumonia I can strengthen the phagocytic function of mice. It can improve the half hemolytic content ( HC50) in the mice's serum, which have immunological inadequacy and the amount of white blood cells ( WBC). It can also raise T-lymphocyte transformation rate. This product has antibacterial function to pathogen such as staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion; This product has antibacterial function and it can improve the immunologic function of organism.
