摘　　要：面对全球化所带来的巨大的文化冲击,在全球文化趋同语境下,作为中国传统先进文化之一的中国画艺术的传承者和创新者的中国画家,应从容面对,以开放进取的态度,抓住发展机遇,在中国画艺术创新发展的道路上,无论选择传统还是非传统,都应该把握住民族性、开放性与现代性及其相互关系,并在艺术创作中充分体现。惟其如此,中国画艺术才能获得真正意义上的创新和发展。As is known, that the globalization is leading to a tremendous cultural charge and it is resulting in a global situation that the culture is tending to assimilate. Under this circumstances, Chinese artists who are regarded as inheritor and creator of Chinese national painting, one of Chinese fine cultural traditions, they ought to welcome it in an open and unhurried attitude, then treat it as a rare opportunity to develop advanced national traditional art. On the road of development and creation of Chinese national painting, the artists choose the creation form traditional or non-traditional, always must hold the national property and the open property and the times property, always must grasp their mutual relations and embody these in the artistic creations. Only so, Chinese national painting would just to win reality innovation and development.
