摘　　要：本文介绍了一种热丝阴极等离子枪的基本性能，测试了灯丝与主弧在各工艺档上伏 安特性以及聚焦电流和Ａｒ气压强对主弧的影响，认为热丝阴极枪性能稳定，完全满足 刀具ＴｉＮ镀层工艺使用要求，并对存在的问题进行了讨论．In this paper, we introduce a kind of the hot cathode plasma-arc discha- rger. The volt-ampere characteristics of the filament and the arc in different technique processes. have been investigated. The results show that the volt-ampere characteristics of the arc is affected by Ar pressure and focusing current We think this dischanger is more suitable for TiN coatings on cutting tools, we also discuss simply how to prolong the filament life.
