制约黄土高原沿黄地区常规节水的主要因素及对策

摘  要:黄土高原沿黄地区由于受地理位置因素的影响和传统灌水模式的束缚;水利工程设施不配套、老化失修;管理不完善;作物种植结构及布局不合理。本文通过与高扬程远距离提灌工程比较,提出了解决黄土高原沿黄地区中小型提灌工程常规节水的办法和措施。Influenced by geological location and restricted by traditional irrigation models, the water conservancy establishment and facilities in Yellow River valley of loess plateau did not reach complete sets, and were worn out by the years without repair. And the management was not perfect and the distribution of crop cultivation was regionally unreasonable. On the basis of the comparison with long-distance high-lift pumping project, the paper pointed out the methods and measures of Yellow River in regular water-saving for small-and-middle sized water-lifting irrigation project in the valley of loess plateau.
