摘  要:目的 :研究人前磨牙牙髓牙本质复合体的增龄性变化 ,探讨牙衰老和老年牙病的形态学基础。方法 :收集健康人前磨牙 ,按年龄分组 ,然后脱钙 ,石蜡包埋 ,切片 ,HE染色 ,光镜观察与图像定量分析。结果 :随年龄增加 ,牙髓牙本质复合体钙盐大量沉积 ,牙髓体积缩小 ,牙髓内细胞、血管、牙本质小管和牙髓体密度减少 ;牙髓内结缔组织纤维与细胞外基质体密度增加 ,各年龄组间具有显著性差异。结论 :随年龄增加 ,牙髓牙本质复合体的生物活性成分减少 ,非生物活性成分增加。Objective: To provide morphological basis for dental aging and senile teeth diseases and to study age-related changes of pulp-dentin complex of human premolar. Methods: Human premolars of different groups according to ages were decalcified,embedded in parafin and cut into slices. The slices were dyed by haema toxilin-erosin and were observed with microscopy. Then all slices were studied quantitatively by image analysis. Results: In dental pulp-dentin complex with aging,the pulp volume,the number of cells and blood vessels decreased; the fibers increased; calcium salts deposited and some of detinal tubules disappeared; the volume density of the pulp decreased and volume density of extracellular matrix increased. The changes between groups had significant difference. Conclusion: In dental pulp-dentin complex,the cell components decrease and the fibers components increase by aging.
