水稻光温敏核不育系4112S和YW-2S的开花习性观察

摘　　要：通过对水稻光温敏核不育系4112S和YW-2S的开花习性的观察,发现这两个不育系具有开花集中,颖花开颖时间长,张颖角度大,柱头外露率高,柱头生命力不太长且下降快等特点.并就其高产稳产的制种技术措施进行了讨论.The flowering habits of rice photo-thermo-sensitive genic sterile (PTGMS) lines 4112S and YW-2S were observed systematically. The results showed that the flowering habits of the tested rice sterile lines had following characteristics: Both of them have short flowering duration, long spikelet opening time, large full opening angle of spikelet and high stigma exsertion rate. The stigma vitality of 4112S and YW-2S was about 3d and 4d respectively. Corresponding high-yielding hybrid seed production techniques of both tested sterile lines were also discussed and recommended.
