不同因子对绞股蓝培养细胞的总皂甙和总黄酮影响的初步分析

摘　　要：不同光照条件对绞股蓝培养细胞的总皂甙含量无显著影响,在光照条件下总黄酮含量较黑暗条件下高.在蔗糖30g/L、葡萄糖40g/L时,总皂甙和总黄酮的含量最高.琼脂糖浓度0.1%时,最有利于总皂甙和总黄酮的积累.In the white light and the dark, the saponins contents were almost the same level; but the flavoloids contents was higher in the former condition. In the cases of the 30 g/L Sucrose or the 40 g/L Glucose and the 0.1% Agarose, the secondary products contents reached the highest level respectively.
