摘　　要：针对 3Cr2W 8V钢制铝合金压铸模 ,采用真空亚温淬火加浅层氮碳共渗改进的热处理工艺 ,并找出了适宜的工艺参数。结果表明 。Improvable heat treatment technology of vacuum subtemperature quenching and superficial layer nitrocarburizing was put on 3Cr2W8V steel casting dies for aluminum alloy,and suitable technological parameters were selected.The results show that not only the thermal fatigue property but also the service life are increased greatly by the process.
