摘　　要：以病人为中心的临床信息系统是医院信息化建设的重要环节,如何设计与实现临床信息系统是当前公共卫生行业及软件行业中的热点问题。通过设计针对SARS的临床信息系统的实际经验,介绍了基于Internet的临床信息系统的设计概念、系统结构与相关技术实现方法,旨在为行业者提供应用临床信息系统的决策依据和系统设计方案,从而加快临床信息系统在公共卫生行业的建设进程。The Clinic Information System is an important part of the hospital information construction. It is currently a hot topic of how to design and implement the Clinic Information System in both the public hygienic industry and the software industry. Based on the design experience of the Clinic Information System, the conception, system structure and implementation method of the Internet based Clinic Information System, are introduced. The purpose is to provide the decision-making foundation and the system design scheme for the application of the Clinic Information System, thus to accelerate the construction progress of the Clinic Information System in the public hygienic industry.
