摘  要:采用三维有限元方法模拟了垫片的非线性特性,计算了外弯矩作用下垫片应力的分布,采用PVRC垫片常数计算了加载过程接头的紧密性,与Sawa的计算结果相比,相差不大;此外,又提出了卸载过程接头紧密性的计算方法。The nonlinearity of the gasket material was simulated and the gasket stress distribution was computed with the 3D FEM in this paper. Tightness of the joint during the loading stage was obtained based on the PVRC gasket constant and the results were compared with those of Sawa method, the results show that the former is close to the latter. In addition, the tightness computation method during the unloading stage is proposed in this paper.
