摘　　要：采用模式识别匹配算法设计了螺纹质量检测系统,采用最小距离分类器设计了螺纹检测模式类和决策函数。实验结果表明,该系统性能可靠,适合产品大批量在线检测。In this paper, a system for detection the quality of screw thread workpiece based on mode discrimination is designed. It adopts the classifying implement of least distance to determine the mode kinds and the decision-making function. Experiment results indicate that it performs well and excel in real-time task.
