摘　　要：“人民议会主义”是日本共产党在战后提出的日本式社会主义的革命道路模式。其实质是通过和平手段在议会中赢得占稳定的大多数议席,而成为执政党或参政党。其理论依据是恩格斯提出的“多数人革命”的理论。日共认为通过“人民议会主义”道路,走向“日本式社会主义”符合日本发达国家的国情。The People's Parliament Theory' is the socialist revolutionary way of Japanese model put by the Japanese Communist Party after the Second World War. Its essence is that to win the majority seats in the parliament by virtue of peaceful means, so as to become the party in power or the party to take part in political power. Its theoretical foundation is the'majority people revolution'theory put forward by Engels. It holds that marching forward to the'Japanese model socialism'by means of 'the people's parliament theory'is in accordance with the Japanese condition.
