摘 要:目的:建立科学的耳廓形态分类方法,满足耳廓三维图像数据库系统建立的需要,为临床耳赝复体制作,提供形态学理论基础。方法:通过对428个单侧耳廓缺损患者健侧耳廓石膏模型的形态特征进行研究,结合相关文献对耳廓分型、形态特点的描述,寻找对不同个体耳廓形态有区别意义的特征,探索确定新的耳廓形态分类标准和方法,并根据新确定的耳廓形态分类标准与方法,对耳廓形态进行分类调查,得到各型所占比例的数据。结果:将耳廓形态分为30型,并取得各型耳廓所占比例的数据。结论:此耳廓形态分类标准和方法,注重耳廓形态特征区别,具有临床参考价值。Objective: To establish an auricular three-dimensional image database system and provide a morphologicbasis of auricular prostheses fabrication, a scientific classification method of auricular shape was established. Methods:428 normal auricular models of patients who lost unilateral ears were investigated, associated with the descriptions ofauricular classification and morphologic characters in published literatures. According to selected distinct characters whichcould distinguish individual auricular shape, the criterion and method of auricular shape classification was summarized.Based on the new criterion and method of auricular shape classification, population survey was undertaken in order toachieve proportion data of each type . Results: Auricular shape was divided into 30 types with this criterion and method.And proportion data of each type auricle were gotten. Conclusion: This criterion and method of auricular shape classificationemphasizes the difference of auricular morphologic characters with clinical value.
