摘 要:采用火焰光度法对82头青海省高原型牦牛红细胞钾浓度的多态性进行了研究。结果表明:①按红细胞钾浓度,可以将高原型牦牛分为高血钾(HK)和低血钾(LK)两种表型,以HK型为优势表型(76/82,92 68%);②KL和Kh等位基因频率分别为0 0373和0 9627;③高原型牦牛红细胞钾浓度基因座的基因杂合度、基因纯合度指数和有效等位基因数分别为0 0718,0 8564和1 0774。82 Qinghai yaks of plateau type were used to investigate the polymorphism of erythrocyte potassium concentration by means of flame photometer. The results were as follows:①The Qinghai yaks of plateau type were divided both high and low blood potassium phenotypes (HK and LK phenotypes) according to erythrocyte potassium concentration;②The frequencies of K^L and K^h alleles were 0.0373 and 0.9627,resp;③The gene heterozygosity,the gene homogeneity index and the number of effective allele were 0.0718,0.8564 and 1.0774,resp.
