摘　　要：提出了长江三角洲干线公路网规划方案的评价指标,首次将层次一关联分析法应用于长江三角洲干线公路网规划方案的综合评价,得出规划方案评价指标的权重系数,确定近期、中期、远期规划的最优方案。这种综合评价不仅具有客观性,而且在数量化描述方面更为合理和精确。In this paper, several programming schemes and assessment indexes of the artery highway network in Yangzi River Delta are advanced. For the first time the method of Hierarchy-Relation Analysis is applied in the complex assessment of the artery highway network of Yangtze Delta, weighting coefficients of the assessment indexes are educed, and the best scheme of the programming is determined. This complex assessment is objective, and the precision of evaluating is improved.
