摘　　要：火灾对船舶的危害极大。为帮助船舶指挥人员及时正确确定消防方案,要求船舶必须编制应急计划,以抓住船舶火灾的关键问题,为消防决策提供帮助。但抓住关键问题的同时,还必须关照全局。此文就讨论船舶火灾应急时的其他安全问题。In all distress, the fire is the most dangours accident, for preventing and fighting the fire accident, the ship makes out the emergency plan and the muater list which are realy dealing with the fire boarding ship, but in some case, some additional question must be considered, for example, stability, strongth, freeboard etc.
