摘　　要：通过对河北省城市土地利用状况的实证分析,认为河北省城市土地处于相对低效利用状态,城市土地具有很大的人口容纳潜力和产出增长弹性;提出了促进河北省城市土地高效利用的对策建议。Through empirical analysis on the situation of urban land in Hebei Provinee ,the author concludes that urban land in Hebei Province is in relatively lower effcint utilization state ,it means on the same time that urban1and has great potential capacity of population and great possibility of improving its outputs.Based on this situation ,this paper summarizes the countermeasures to optimize the utilization efficiency of urban land in Hebei Province.
