摘　　要：在剖析森工集团资本经营存在问题的基础上 ,提出黑龙江省森工集团进行资本经营的对策。This thesis anatomies some problems of capital management betwwen commonly enterprises and Forest Industry Group.On the bases of these analyses,the paper brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions for capital management of Forest Industry Group in Heilongjiang Province.
