摘　　要：主要介绍聚偏二氟乙烯 (PVDF)———一种具有多种用途的热塑性氟塑料 ,由于独特的结晶形态和介电性能而具有良好的耐化学腐蚀性 .PVDF是一种强而韧的结构材料 ,拉伸强度和冲击强度优良 ,硬度高且耐磨、耐疲劳、抗蠕变、热变形温度高 ,在氟塑料中具有最出色的加工性能 :用通用树脂的加工设备加工成各种成型制品和薄膜 ,可以在过程工业中得以广泛的应用 .This paper introduced physical and chemical properties of polyvinylidene fluoride,with good thermoplasticity,which provided diversitied usages.It has unique crystallization state and dielectric constant and excellent corrosion resistance to chemical agents.PVDF is a kind of stractural material of high strength and toughness with high hardness and good resistance to heat,wear,creep and fatique.Besides,it possessed the most excellent workability among the fluoroplastics,therefore,it can be fabricated by model-pressing,extruding,injecting and blowing to produce pipe,plate,stick,model products and membrane etc.Therefore,PVDF is widely used in processing industry.
