基砧对锦橙高接华红脐橙生长、结实和树体营养的影响  

Influence of Rootstock on Growth and Bearing and Tree Nutrients of Huahong Navel Orange Highly Grafted on Jincheng Tree

摘　　要：通过在枳(PoncirustrifoliateRaf)和红桔(CitrustangerinaHort.ExTanaka)两种基砧的锦橙(C.sinensisOsbeckcvJincheng)树上高接华红脐橙(C.sinensisOsbeckcvHuahongNewhall)后进行田间试验研究,比较两种基砧对华红脐橙生长、结实和树体营养的影响。结果表明,在栽培效应上,红桔基砧树生长较旺,投产晚,果实小,果实含酸量较高、糖酸比较低、出汁率和Vc含量较高;枳基砧树则反之。在碳水化合物含量年动态变化上,华红脐橙叶片碳水化合物营养含量年动态变化呈双峰曲线,不同基砧不改变年动态变化的基本趋势;在年周期内,枳基砧树叶片碳水化合物营养含量高于红桔基砧树;两种不同基砧根系碳水化合物营养含量年动态变化都呈“V形”曲线,不同基砧的根系具有相似的年动态变化趋势;在3月中旬和9月之后(即9月到休眠期结束),枳基砧根系碳水化合物营养含量低于红桔基砧根系,其它时期则反之。Through field experiment after Huahong navel orange(Citrus. sinensis Osbeck cv Huahong Newhall)grafted on “Jincheng(C. sinensis Osbeck cv Jincheng)/Trifoliate(Poncirus trifoliate Raf ) and Red tangerine(Citrus tangerina Hort. Ex Tanaka)”, comparing the growth and the bearing of Huahong navel orange and annual changes in the contents of carbohydrate nutrients with each other. The results indicated the following. Huahong navel orange on Red tangerine grew flourishingly, and put into product late, and had smaller fruit with higher TA and lower ratio of TSS/TA and higher percent of juice and content of VC. Huahong navel orange on Trifoliate was to the contrary. The tendency of annual changes in the content of carbohydrate nutrients in leaf of Huahong navel orange was double-peaked curve. Different rootstocks didn't influence the tendency. The contents of carbohydrate in leaf of trifoliate were higher than that of red tangerine during the year. The annual changes in the content of carbohydrate in root of 2 kinds of rootstock were V-shaped curve. Different rootstock had similar tendency in the annual changes. The contents of carbohydrate in root of trifoliate were lower than that of red tangerine from September to the terminal of the dormancy period. During the other periods, the contents were to the contrary.
