摘  要:在系统地分析了刀具切削刃的磨损对车外圆、锥度及成形表面尺寸精度的影响后,建立了切削刃的磨损与加工精度之关系的数学公式,确定了切削刃在特定加工中可容许的磨损量,因此,可根据工件给定的尺寸精度来确定刀具设定、补偿、修整及更换的条件和依椐。The dynamic wear of the tool edge during machining will affect the finish accuracy of the turned work. The effect mechanism of tool edge wear in NC turning step shafts, cones and form surfaces are studied systematically. The mathematical relations between the wear amount and the machining accuracy have been set up, by which the wear allowance for any specific tool edge in machining may be determined. Thus, conditions for tool resetting, the tool compensation change, tool dressing, and tool change may be determined based on given dimensional accuracy of the turned work.
