DRFS内固定复位加植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症

摘　　要：目的　总结脊柱滑动撑开复位固定系统 (DRFS)内固定在腰椎滑脱中的治疗体会。方法　对 3 2例行DRFS内固定的腰椎滑脱术前、术后的X线变化及其功能恢复情况进行观察和分析。结果　滑脱椎体复位理想 ,9例Ⅰ度滑脱全部恢复正常 ,2 0例Ⅱ度滑脱中 18例恢复正常 ,2例恢复到 0～Ⅰ度。 3例Ⅲ度滑脱中有 2例恢复正常 ,1例恢复到 0～Ⅰ度。全部植骨融合成功。没有发现感染、神经损伤、断钉等并发症。结论　DRFS后路短节段经椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎滑脱 ,操作简单、易于安装 ,并能最大限度地恢复椎体及椎间隙的高度 ,为脊柱的结构重建和功能恢复提供了一个坚强而稳定的基础。Objective To summarize the therapeutic experience with DRFS for the treatment of spondylolisthesis.Methods There were 32 cases of spondylolisthesis with DRFS,and their x-ray material and nervous function were analyzed.Results 9 cases ofⅠ°spondylolisthesis were satisfactory reposition. Among 20 cases with Ⅱ° spondylolisthesis,18 cases were anatomic reposition ,two cases recovered to 0°～Ⅰ°. Among 3 cases of Ⅲ°,2 cases were anatomic reposition ,1 case was 0°～Ⅰ°.Implant fusion were successful recovery in 32 cases. There were no infection,neural injury,Broken screws,etc. Conclusion DRFS short posterior internal fixation for spondylolisthesis could improve on the height of the spinal body .The advantages of this system are simple to operate and easy to adjust. It provides a strong and stable basic for the reconstruct and restores function of the spine.
