摘 要:本文对计算机外部设备中广泛使用的双轨气膜磁头轴承的稳定性进行了研究.考虑到现代磁头-磁盘气膜间隙已进入亚微米级,甚至达0.1μm,因此利用磁盘盘面上故意做成的凸台对磁头进行激励,计算了气膜磁头的非线性运动轨迹,并用激光多普勒振荡仪进行了测试.理论计算和试验数据吻合,证明计算方法和理论分析是正确可靠的.通过对三种磁头稳定性的比较,发现其中表面开槽的磁头稳定性最好,这对实际磁头的参数和结构设计具有实用价值.This paper deals with the stability of dual-rail gas-lubricated magnetic slider bearings commonly used in computer peripheral devices. Owing to the submicron spacing between the head and disk which has recently been reduced to almost 0.1 μm, a disturbance is exerted on sliders by an impact-induced localized step on the surface of the magnetic disk. The nonlinear motion loci of gas-lubricated sliders are calculated together with experimental analyses where a laser doppler vihrometer is used. Good correlation is presented between the calculated results and those by experiment. Theoretical results are experimentally confirmed to be correct and reliable. It is shown that the slider with grooves in the surface of bearing rails is the most stable of three sliders, which has a practical significance in the application of a commercial slider design.
