驻泰高校学生入党动机与党建工作的调查及研究

摘　　要：政治方向决定人生走向。通过抽样调查,发现了驻泰高校部分学生入党动机与党建工作存在的问题。因此,在大学生思想政治教育工作中,加强大学生入党动机教育要以“三个代表”重要思想武装大学生头脑,与时俱进,改进教育方法,强化制度建设,进一步做好大学生党建工作,认真贯彻“坚持标准,保证质量,改善结构,慎重发展”的方针。One's political inclination often affects his life's choices. A survey at Tai'an- based universities canvassed students' motives of joining the Party and the problems with Party organizations on the campus. In the moral education for university students, the 'three represents' theories should be instilled into those wishing to join the Party. Meanwhile, the educational methods should be improved and updated with the times, pursuant to the policy'criteria adherence,guarantee of quality, improvement of structure and discreet development'.
