摘　　要：文章对当代图书馆信息咨询服务工作随着网络时代的到来呈现出的创新变化和用户需求的特点进行了分析 。The paper analyses that the work of information consulting service appears. The new creative changes with the coming of network ages in the present-day library and it also set forth the characters of user requirement it points out the developing directions and tactics of information consulting services in the present-day library.
