新建本科院校党风廉政建设宣传教育工作的思考与实践

摘　　要：近年合并组建的本科院校都面临着人员融合 ,资源重组 ,理顺管理关系等一系列必须解决的问题。管理外延的迅速扩大 ,导致管理的相对滞后。这种情况极易为个别腐败分子利用。因此 ,新建院校如何加强党风廉政建设的宣传教育工作 ,筑起广大党员干部拒腐防变的思想道德长城 ,着力于从源头上预防和治理腐败 ,成为学校纪检监察部门的一项迫切任务。本文拟就新建院校党风廉政建设宣传教育工作实践应遵循的基本原则进行初步探讨。Recently-combined colleges and universities are facing the fact that personnel needs to be fused, resources need to be recombined and administrative relations need to be put in good order. The extension of management is speedily enlarged, whereas the management is relatively lagged. This is easily exploited by some corrupt cadres. Thus it becomes a pressing task that how do we reinforce the public education of party morality and construction of a clean government, how do our Party members and cadres resist corruption, and how do we prevent and govern the corrupt activities root and branch. This piece of article makes a tentative probe on it.
