摘　　要：对PSOP系统进行评介。PSOP系统是专门为图书馆设立、深入为用户服务的工作平台,使外文图书采访产生较大变革。这个系统满足外文图书采访工作原则、标准、程序、方法等要求,解决外文图书采访难题,是提升外文图书采访品质的新平台。The article reviews the functions of the PSOP system. The PSOP system makes an importantinnovation to the abroad books acquisition in the library. The PSOP system meets the demand of acquisitionprinciple, process and measure, especially to the university library. The system is a new plat to be set upespecially for library to serve thoroughly and to solve problems of abroad books acquisition.
