摘  要:以拟南芥菜为研究对象,对低能氮离子注入对拟南芥干种子的萌发力、苗体生长形态性状的影响及过氧化物同工酶酶活性和酶谱变异情况进行了研究和探讨。结果表明,发芽率-剂量曲线呈"马鞍型"特性;离子注入对拟南芥菜生长有抑制作用,营养器官的损伤率-剂量关系为先降后升的趋势,并且剂量间各性状差异极显著;离子注入后过氧化物同工酶酶活性在一定剂量范围内增强,酶谱的变异体现在谱带强弱的变化而不是谱带增减上,初步探讨了各性状表现与POD酶活变化的关系。In this paper, the Arabidopsis thaliana seeds, which were implanted the low energy N^+ ions, were studied. The capacity of the germination rate, the shapes the plants, the peroxidase(POD) activity and the enzyme spectrums were changed. The results revealed that the germination rate-dose curve falls at first, then rise and fall at last. The characteristics of the injury rates of the nutrient organs were down at first and then up, in addition, the differences of the different dose were evident. In a good range, the POD activity was intensified; the deep or low color of the enzyme spectrums represents the changes of the enzyme spectrums.
