摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法分析磺草酮乙草胺复配制剂,使用ODS反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈+水为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。磺草酮和乙草胺标准偏差分别为0.21和0.19,变异系数分别为0.53%和0.76%,平均回收率分别为99.5%和99.8%。An HPLC method was developed for quantitative determination of 30% sulcotrione·acetochlor SE using anODS column with a variable wavelength UV detector, and a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water, and an externalstandard. Concentration and identity of the active ingredient was determined by liquid chromatography. Respectivestandard deviations, coefficients of variation, and average recovery were 0.21, 0.53%, and 99.5% for sulcotrione, and0.19, 0.76%, and 99.8% for acetochlor.
