废水处理监控系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：针对废水处理的特点和工程实例 ,介绍了南通富士通微电子股份有限公司采用S7- 30 0PLC作为下位控制机实现废水处理工艺中的自动控制系统。分析了系统的工作原理、硬件组成、软件设计及调试中的故障处理等。该系统控制算法采用PID算法 ,根据现场工艺要求实现了PH值的自动调节。现场运行数据表明 :系统中PLC与PC微机采用Profibus总线通信方法稳定可靠 ,操作方便 ,维护量小 ,实现了废水处理系统的自动化 ,减少了环境污染。Focus on the characteristics of waste water processing and engineering applications,use of the intelligent control system S7-300 in the automatic control of waste water puration in Nantong Fujitsu Microelectronics Co.Ltd is introduced.The principle,hardware components,software design and fault in debugging are analyzed.PID algorithm is adopted in the system,the function of PH value auto-adjusting is realized according to process requirement.The data got from the field proves the Profibus communication of PLC in the control system has features of stable running,convenient operation and little maintenance.It can realize automation of waste water treatment and decrease environment from pollution.
