摘　　要：本文介绍了攀钢轨梁厂技改工程中的精整线自动控制系统运用PLC网络技术进行远程I/O、变频传动装置等设备与PLC之间 ,PLC与PLC之间 ,计算机与PLC之间的连接 ,从而实现快速准确的控制 ,安全可靠 ,经济实用。文中对系统的构成、功能作了说明 ,并对控制方法、PLC的通信等内容作了较详细的论述。In this article,the technique of PLC network using in the automation system of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Company is set forth,which connects remote I/O,convertor,PC and PLC together to make an exact control.The structure and function of the system are introduced and the design of control logic and the communication with PLC is also elaborated.
