摘 要:超临界及超超临界机组汽轮机蒸汽参数和锅炉蒸汽参数间的匹配关系 ,与蒸汽能量损失及投资费用有关 ,应进行技术经济比较才能确定最佳的选择。蒸汽管道的压降造成的等焓温降和管道的散热损失 ,存在一个最佳分配值。对国内已运行的超临界机组和国外超临界、超超临界机组的锅炉和汽轮机的蒸汽参数匹配进行了统计和分析 ,并通过对不同锅炉过热器出口和汽轮机进口主蒸汽参数的压降数值和机炉的主蒸汽温降值的计算分析 ,推荐了我国超超临界机组不同蒸汽参数下 ,选择汽轮机与锅炉主蒸汽系统蒸汽参数匹配及再热系统蒸汽参数匹配的方案。The matching relationship btween turbine and boiler steam parameters of supercritical and ultrasupercritical units is concerned in energy loss of steam and capital investment, the optimal selection of it can be determined only through technical and economical comparision. There is an optimal distribution value between constant enthalpy temperaturedrop resulting from pressure drop in the steam pipeline and rediating heat loss in the said pipeline. Statistics and analysis of steam parameters' matching between boiler and turbine for supercritioal units in operation at home, as well as for supercritical and ultra-supercritical units at abroad, have been carried out in this paper. Based on calculation and analysis of pressure drop value for main steam parameters from superheater outlet of different boilers to steam turbines' inlet, and temperarature drop value of main steam from boiler to steam turbine, a scheme for selecting steam parameters' matching in main steam system between steam turbine and boiler, as well as steam parameters' matching in reheated system under different steam parameters of ultra-supercritical units in our country has been recommented.
