摘  要:采用XRD ,BET ,吡啶吸附 IR ,NH3 TPD和XPS等手段表征了Pd La/γ Al2 O3 和Pd La/MgAl2 O4负载型催化剂的物理性质和表面酸性 ,并对比研究了两种催化剂在 2 ,6 二异丙基苯酚 (DIPP)气相胺化制 2 ,6 二异丙基苯胺 (DIPA)反应中的催化性能 .结果表明 ,采用镁铝尖晶石载体大幅度提高了催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性 .在Pd La/MgAl2 O4催化剂上 ,在n(NH3) /n(DIPP) =10 ,n(H2 ) /n(DIPP) =2 0 ,LHSV =0 3h-1,θ =2 2 0℃和t =73h的条件下 ,2 ,6 二异丙基苯酚转化率可达98 5 % ,2 ,6 二异丙基苯胺的选择性和收率分别可达 88 9%和 87 5 % .该催化剂连续运转 4 0 0h ,反应到 2 0 0h时 2 ,6 二异丙基苯胺的收率仍可达 80 %以上 .The 2,6-diisopropyl aniline (DIPA) compound is an important intermediate in organic chemical industry. The gas-phase amination of 2,6-diisopropyl phenol (DIPP) to DIPA is an ideal method for the high conversion and the high selectivity. Pd-La/γ-Al 2O 3 and Pd-La/MgAl 2O 4 catalysts were prepared and their catalytic performance for the gas-phase amination of DIPP was evaluated. The physical properties and surface acid of the catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, BET, pyridine-IR,NH 3-TPD and XPS techniques. The replacement of Al 2O 3 with MgAl 2O 4 spinel as the catalyst support not only neutralized some strong acid sites, but also transformed them into relatively weak acid sites. The MgAl 2O 4 spinel support improved the reduction of PdO. The catalyst activity, selectivity and stability were greatly improved by replacing the γ-Al 2O 3 support with MgAl 2O 4 spinel support. On the Pd-La/MgAl 2O 4 catalyst, under the reaction conditions of n(NH 3)/ n(DIPP)=10, n(H 2)/ n(DIPP)=20, LHSV=0.3 h -1, θ=220 ℃ and t=73 h, the highest DIPP conversion was 98.5%, the highest DIPA selectivity and yield were 88.9% and 87.5%, respectively. The whole run time of Pd-La/MgAl 2O 4 catalyst was up to 400 h, and the DIPA yield until 200 h was still more than 80%.
