摘　　要：阐述了内燃机轴瓦损坏的形式、原因及预防。对于轴瓦合金层,介绍了合金层表面的正常磨损、非正常磨损、颗粒磨损、电火花腐蚀磨损、冲蚀磨损、混合摩擦磨损等;介绍了合金层损坏中的热脆损坏、咬粘损坏、气蚀损坏、腐蚀磨损等。另外,阐述了钢背损坏形式、原因及预防。Types,causes and preventions of damages of engine bearing liners are described.Damages of the bearing liner alloy layer,including normal wear,abnormal wear,particle wear,electric spark corrosive wear,erosion and mixed fric tion wear of surface of alloy layer,and hot brittleness damage,sticking damage,cavitation damage and corrosive wear,etc.,are in-tro duced.Fur ther more,dam age types of steel-backs are described.
