摘 要:利用FORMAXMicro-Maelstrom实验室高浓碎浆机研究了废报纸碎解过程中的机械作用和化学作用对脱墨浆性能的影响,并探讨了FORMAX浮选器工艺参数如浮选时间、空气流量、空气压强的影响。结果表明:废报纸碎解过程的化学作用中NaOH、Na2SiO3、H2O2和脱墨剂的用量是重要的影响因素;在机械作用中碎浆浓度的影响大于碎浆时间和碎浆机转速。The mechanical and chemical effects on the pulping properties of old newspapers(ONP)were studied by using a FORMAX Mi-cro-Maelstrom Laboratory Pulper,and the flotation conditions such as velocity of air flow,air pressure and flotation time were also investigated with a FORMAX Deink Cell.The results showed that sodium hydroxide,silicate,peroxide and deinking agent were the key factors in the chemi-cal side,and pulping consistency was more important than pulping time and rotor velocity in the mechanical side during the high consistency pulping of the ONP.In general,the chemical effect had a greater influence on the deinked pulp properties than the mechanical effect.
