摘　　要：基于NGN的下一代电信业务应用是NGN发展的最大动力 ,因此NGN业务在电信行业中扮演着及其重要的角色。以Parlay为核心详细介绍了基于Parlay的NGN电信业务应用系统的体系结构 ,着重描述了ParlayAPI的构架接口的实现过程 ,同时以MPCC接口和GUIS接口为例介绍了基于Parlay的由应用发起的呼叫流程。Because the next generation service applications are the development impetus of the NGN(Next Generation Networks),the NGN services act as the most important part in the Telecom Industry.In this paper the NGN service application system's Architectures are introduced.It emphasizes how to implement Framework interface of Parlay and introduce Call Flow for an Application initiated Call build on Parlay(such as MPCC and GUIS).
