摘  要:新型压井液体系由加重剂、分散剂和增粘剂等配制而成 ,密度在 1 .0 5~ 1 .6 0g/cm3 之间可调。其中加重剂选择水溶性的无机盐NaCl、CaCl2 和ZnCl2 ,分散剂选用木质素磺酸镁 ,增粘剂选用黄原胶 ,消泡剂选用FG 1型消泡剂。研究了不同密度压井液体系的稳定性、降滤失性、流变性、乳化性、腐蚀性以及对岩心的伤害程度。实验结果表明 ,该压井液性能稳定 ,流动性和抑制性好 。A novel killing fluid which is composed of heavy loader, dispersant and viscofier was presented and the density of the fluid can be adjusted from 1.05g/cm 3 to 1.60 g/cm 3. The heavy loader is composed of water soluble inorganic salt such as NaCl, CaCl 2 and ZnCl 2; the dispersant is composed of magnesium lignosulfonate; the viscofier is xanthan gum and antifoaming agent is FG 1. Stability, filtration property, rheological characteristics, emulsibility, corrosivity and degree of core damage of the fluid with different density were studied. Results displayed that the killing fluid has the features of strong stability, good liquidity, inhibition and little formation damage.
