管柱伸缩补偿器的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对文留油田深井分层注水中由于管柱伸缩造成封隔器使用寿命短的问题 ,研制了管柱伸缩补偿器。文中介绍了管柱伸缩补偿器的结构、技术参数、工作原理及强度校核计算。现场应用情况表明 ,应用该工具可以大大延长封隔器使用寿命 。In separate zone waterflooding of Wenliu Oilfield,pipe string telescopic make the life of packer short.In order to solve the problem,the pipe string telescopic compensatory is developed.The paper presents the structure,working principle and technical parameter of pipe string telescopic compensatory.Field test and application show that using the string telescopic compensatory in separate layer water injection well,workload of the water injection packer can reduce and extend the service life of the packer.
