摘 要:从收益的角度出发,提出了热力管道及其保温层进行同步经济设计的思想,得到了热力管道及其保温层的年净收益方程,分析了热力管道管径和保温层厚度等因素对年净收益的影响;从热力管道及其保温层的年净收益角度出发,得到了最佳管径和最佳保温层厚度的计算式,讨论了经济环境对最佳管径、最佳保温层厚度和年净收益的影响,与传统的设计方法进行了比较。The view of synchronization exergy-economics design for heating pipeline and its insulating layer from the point of profit is put forward, and an equation for annual net profit of heating pipeline and its insulating layer is derived. By this equation, the effect of pipe diameter and insulating layer thickness on the annual net profit is analyzed. From the point of annual net profit of transporting the working media in the heating pipeline, a formula has been proposed to calculate the optimal pipe diameter and insulating layer thickness. The effect of economical surrounding on the optimal pipe diameter, insulating layer thickness and the annual net profit is discussed. The different design methods for thermodynamic pipeline and its insulating layer are compared.
