摘　　要：关于梅山蛮主体的族属问题,学术界尚有争论。本文主张瑶族先民才是古梅山蛮的主体族群,从汉人史籍、瑶人文献及口碑、梅山教三方面对此做了论证。Scholars differ greatly in their opinions as to who is the principal part of the Meishan Aboriginal.This article maintains the Yao's ancestor is the principal part of the Meishan Aboriginal by standing the Hans' history records、 the Yao's docoment,public praise and the Meishan cult.
