摘　　要：受说话人的语义意图和上下文的支配,英语被动语态常用于突出句子重点、平衡句子结构、连贯语篇意义、委婉说话和陈述客观事实。Governed by the semantic intention of the speaker and the context, the passive voice in English is often used for the stress of the important part of a sentence, the balance of a sentence structure, the coherence of a text, the euphemistic tone of the speaker and the objective statement of the fact.
