并条胶辊表面处理方法的技术分析和探讨

摘　　要：从并条工序对胶辊性能的要求入手 ,阐述了三种常用胶辊表面处理方法的优缺点 ,从技术方面分析了不同表面处理方法对并条条干均匀度的不同影响。并就改进表面处理方法、改善并条胶辊表面性能进行探讨 。Starting from the anlysis of the requirement of the doubling process on the cots,description is done to the three practical methods surface treating cots regarding their advantages and disadvantages.Technologically,analysis is also done to the influence of sliver evenness of the diffenrent surface treating methods.Approach is done to the modification of the treating methods improving the surface of doubling cots.conclusion is made that development and application of domestic non-surface treatment cots is the best appproach simplifying surface treating methods.
