摘　　要：介绍宝钢对连铸坯内部质量进行检查的快速硫印方法及其人工判级过程。围绕如何应用计算机图像处理、模式识别技术 ,实现硫印照片中心偏析与内部裂纹的自动识别与判级 ,以及该系统在宝钢的使用情况等进行详细介绍。Quick sulfur print method used to check inner quality of continuous casting slab and its artificial analysis process in Baosteel are introduced.Using image processing and pattern recognition technology,an anto-analysis system for sulfur print is designed,and automatic recognition and gradation of sulfur print center segregation and inner crack are realized.Application situation of the system in Baosteel is reported in detail.
