摘　　要：基于专家系统的烧结生产质量监督和操作指导控制系统 ,由生产数据采集、专家知识库自学习、专家指导意见表述等几部分组成 ,实现了对烧结成品化学成分、烧结透气性和烧结终点的预测、判断及操作指导。实践证明 ,该系统预测或判断的准确率达 85 %以上 ,取得了良好的实用效果。Control system of quality supervision and operating guidance for sintering production based on expert system consists of production data acquisition,self-learning of expert knowledge base,and statement of expert suggestions.So,prediction,judgement and operating guidance for chemical composition of sintered products,sintering venting quality and sintering end point can be realized.Practice proves that accuracy rate of prediction or judgement of this system is more than 85% and good practical result is obtained.
