摘　　要：介绍精整生产线中模式飞剪数字控制系统的基本组成及工作原理 ,对系统的控制算法及其离散处理进行了分析与讨论 ,通过建立两级工业监控网络系统 ,有效地实现了生产过程的自动控制。实际运行表明 ,该系统稳定可靠 。The digital control system of the die shear in hot finishing line is introduced. The control algorithm and its digitalization are also presented. Based on two layers of industry network, the production process control is efficiently achieved. The actual running shows a good technical performance.
