摘　　要：哺乳动物腔前卵泡分离和培养是开发和利用腔前卵泡的前提。笔者在查阅大量文献的基础上,简要地综述了哺乳动物腔前卵泡分离和体外培养的方法,主要讨论了培养液添加物对腔前卵泡培养的影响,展望腔前卵泡体外培养技术的发展前景。Isolation and culture for preantral follicles of mammalians are precondition to exploit and utilize them. On the basic of referring to many literatures, writer simply summarizes the methods of isolation and culture in vitro, and mainly discusses the effect of additions in culture media on preantral follicles.
