高碳钢铸坯偏析的研究

摘　　要：选择连铸各种工艺参数组合,跟踪高碳钢铸坯质量,研究其偏析情况,确定最佳工艺参数,最大限度减轻偏析,提高产品质量。Combination of different technical parameters of continuous casting were selected in this paper. Quality of casting billet was followed and the carbon segregation in steel was researched. In order to decrease segregation and improve quality of products, the optimal technical parameters were determined.
