摘　　要：采用文献研究法,对搏击类项目能量代谢特征的研究现状进行综述,提出在研究中仅根据运动对血乳酸这一指标判断,具有一定的局限性,建议应拓宽研究指标范围,如运动时酶活性的变化、氨代谢等。Based on many domestic and foreign documents, through the recognition of energy metabolism in all sport items and the synthetic analysis of energy metabolism characteristics, the present thesis revealed the inherent rules and essence of fighting category item, at the same time, provided some new perspectives for further study.
