测点分布对多孔管道加热面温度测量的影响

摘  要:根据已有实验数据 ,研究了测温点分布对多孔管道加热面温度测量的影响。实验时分别取玻璃和轴承钢颗粒作为构成管道内的多孔介质固体骨架的填充材料 ,水或空气流过其中。考虑了颗粒直径、导热系数和管壁的导热系数及换热系数的影响。当多孔介质固体骨架是由玻璃颗粒构成时 ,无论流体是水还是空气 ,测点位置对管道内壁面温度的测量精度不会产生较大影响 ;但当多孔介质固体骨架是由轴承钢颗粒构成时 。The effect of the positions of thermocouples on the temperature measurement for the inner heating surface of the duct,filled with glass or bearing steel beads,is theoretically investigated on the base of the experimental data.The diameters of beads,the heat conductivity of beads and the duct wall,and the coefficients of heat convection are all considered.It is shown that if the glass beads are filled into the duct,the difference of the positions of thermocouples will not make the results of temperatures measurement change greatly,and in spite that water of air flow through it.Nevertheless,the results of temperature measurement will vary greatly if the bearing steel beads are filled,especially if water flows through the duct.
