摘  要:本文检测了甲氧苄基葡糖胺二硫代羧酸钠(MeOBGDTC)作为镉中毒拮抗剂的效果。测定小鼠急性腹腔注射氯化镉的LD_(50)为0.023mmolCd/kg,95%可信限为0.021~0.026mmolCd/kg。测定腹腔注射和胃管注入MeOBGDTC拮抗急性镉中毒的致死效应和降低组织镉含量的能力。结果表明,腹腔注射MeOBGDTC能够拮抗镉中毒的致死效应,增加小鼠的存活率。腹腔注射MeOBGDTC的小鼠肝肾镉含量均显著低于对照组。结果提示,MeOBGDTC是一种有发展前途的络合剂,值得进一步深入研究。The efficacy of sodium N-(4-methoxyben-zyl)-D-glueamine-N-carbodithioate (MeOBG-DTC) in acting as antagonist for cadmium poisoning has been examined in mice. The acute IP LD_(50) for cadmium chloride was found to be 0.023mmolCd/kg with a 95% confidence interval of 0.021 to 0.026mmolCd/kg. The ability of MeOBGDTC, administered by intraperitoneal injection or oral gavage, in offseting the lethality of acute cadmium poisoning and in reducing the tissue levels of cadmium were determined. The results showed that the IP MeOBGDTC was able to offset the lethality of cadmium poisoning and to increase the survival rate of mice. In mice IP injected with MeOBGDTC the cadmium levels of the liver and kidney were lower than those of control groups significantly. It indicated that the MeOBGDTC was a promising chelating agent and may be worthy of further investigation.
